School bus carrying 42 students crashes into South Carolina home

A school bus carrying 42 students from Clark Middle School and Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School crashed into a vacant mobile home in Orangeburg County on Tuesday morning. The South Carolina Highway Patrol determined the crash occurred when the driver attempted a left turn, ran off the road, and hit the residence. Although no serious injuries were reported, officials noted that the bus driver and 18 students were taken to a hospital for evaluation.
