If you got a data breach letter from Corporation Service Company (CSC), here’s the short version

A hacker accessed a CSC-linked database between August 10–25, 2025, stealing sensitive information including names, Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial data, and dates of birth. CSC is offering affected individuals 12 months of free credit monitoring through Cyberscout, which must be enrolled within 90 days. Individuals are advised to consider placing a free credit freeze with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
