Aug. 18: Winter Storm Response Commission Report; DC Blox Seeks Injunction

Mayor Freddie O’Connell’s Winter Storm Response Commission recommends an independent assessment of the Office of Emergency Management's operations and improved communication between Nashville Electric Service and Metro entities. Separately, DC Blox filed a legal action against Metro seeking an injunction over a data center planned next to the Nashville Zoo. Additionally, groundbreaking executive Leatrice McKissack passed away at age 96.
