14 charged in cocaine trafficking case linked to two fraternities

Authorities charged 14 people in connection with a cocaine trafficking ring involving two Penn State University fraternities. The investigation found that fraternity brothers supplied large quantities of cocaine from Philadelphia and New York. These drugs were packaged at the Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi fraternity houses and distributed primarily to students.
