Family of L.A. father fatally shot by off-duty ICE officer demanding justice

The family of a 43-year-old father was affected by his fatal shooting by an off-duty federal immigration agent in Northridge. Keith Porter's relatives and attorney Jamal Tooson are demanding answers regarding his death nearly eight months later, having spoken outside the Hall of Justice in downtown Los Angeles.
