Driver crashes into parked cars, wall at North Miami Beach apartment complex

Authorities are investigating an accident after a driver crashed into parked vehicles and then hit a wall at a North Miami Beach apartment complex. The incident occurred at the Aliro Apartments near Northeast 142nd Street and 18th Avenue. Although there was significant damage, no injuries were reported.
