Sri Lanka SEC: State Firms to List Via Holding Company
Hareendra Dissabandara, Chairman at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka, stated that the government is “seriously working” toward listing state-owned enterprises. These planned listings are set to occur on the Colombo bourse via a holding company structure. He provided this information during an appearance with Haslinda Amin on Insight with Haslinda Amin.
