CPD searching for dirt bike rider who struck cyclist, fled on Near North Side

Chicago police are asking the public for help identifying a dirt bike rider who struck a cyclist and fled from the scene last month. The incident took place on the Near North Side of Chicago. CPD is actively searching for the individual.
