Fort Campbell Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technicians disposed of a military-grade blasting cap after it was discovered at a Clarksville Goodwill location on Needmore Road. The item was found in a green bag that had been donated, prompting an evacuation by emergency responders. No one was injured during the incident.
