Mecklenburg County sues Brooklyn Village developers over stalled Uptown project

Mecklenburg County has filed a lawsuit against BK Partners LLC. The legal action addresses delays concerning the redevelopment of the Brooklyn Village project, also referred to as the Uptown project.
