California law would force companies to disclose toxic chemicals in disposable diapers
New California legislation requires manufacturers to disclose toxic chemicals found in disposable diapers. This law passed assembly and is set to go before the state senate soon. The required disclosures include hazardous substances such as phthalates, lead, Pfas, quats, arsenic, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and various components of fragrance.
