Witnesses saw a man masturbating at Twelve Oaks Mall, police say. He’s now facing felony charges

A Clarkston man named Dylan Scotten is facing felony charges after he was allegedly found masturbating in the common area of the Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi. According to witnesses and Novi police, Scotten was confronted by mall security before officers arrived and arrested him in the parking lot. He was arraigned on August 9th and given a $250,000 bond.
