A car hit two kids on an e-bike in Redford. Now, a 13-year-old is unresponsive.

Kanaei Harris, 13, and his sister Romance Brooks, 15, were struck by a car while riding e-bikes in Redford on Saturday night. Kanaei has been admitted to intensive care at Children’s Hospital in Detroit with brain swelling and is unresponsive. Both siblings sustained multiple serious injuries.
