Los Angeles couple walking their dog says angry driver tried to run them over in road rage incident

A couple was reportedly targeted by an angry driver during a road rage incident while walking their dog in Los Angeles. The event occurred on Aug. 12, at 9th Street and Lucerne Boulevard in the Mid-Wilshire neighborhood.
