Grocery chain pulls more products as Salmonella-linked recall grows

The number of foods affected by a Salmonella-linked recall on fresh jalapeños is increasing as more products are identified. On Friday, H-E-B added nearly 20 new items to its list of recalled foods sold in its stores.
