Maui mayor activates emergency response for Hurricane Lala

In response to Hurricane Lala bringing strong winds, power outages, and potential flooding, Maui mayor activated an emergency response. Consequently, Maui officials opened temporary evacuation points and activated the county's emergency operations center.
