21-year-old man found stabbed to death on busy street in Norwalk

A 21-year-old man was found stabbed to death near an intersection in Norwalk on Saturday. Los Angeles County deputies responded to a death investigation at Rosecrans and Dumont avenues early Saturday morning. Deputies found the victim with fatal injuries, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
