Authorities identify man shot, killed by deputies after armed attack on Southern California Edison employees

Authorities identified Paul Ronald Selby, a man who was shot and killed by deputies following an incident where he allegedly fired at tree trimmers near his home. The death occurred during a shootout and standoff after the suspect barricaded himself inside his house.
