Court documents: 18-year-old’s BAC nearly 3 times the legal limit after fatal high-speed crash

Cash Lee Stebner, 18, was arrested on intoxication manslaughter charges after a fatal crash in Hewitt, Texas. Court documents allege that his blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit, and determined that intoxication was a contributing factor to the death of the victim at the intersection of South Hewitt Drive and Enterprise Boulevard. The deceased driver was taken to Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Hospital in Waco.
