Joyce Leveston, CEO of New York City's Javits Center, began her career as a telephone operator and is now responsible for overseeing 145 events yearly at the 3.4 million-square-foot convention center. As an industry veteran, she manages over 3,000 employees and oversees diverse crowds ranging from comic-book devotees to car enthusiasts.
