River otter suffers head trauma in Vacaville hit-and-run

A male river otter was found in the road overnight and suffered head trauma following an alleged hit-and-run incident in Vacaville. The Solano Wildlife Rescue and Education Center confirmed they will be providing care for the animal, keeping it under their watch for the next seven to 10 days.
