Brickell condo faces city scrutiny over hundreds of short-term rentals

The Club at Brickell Bay in Brickell is facing city scrutiny for hosting numerous short-term rentals, leading the city manager’s office to send an investigation letter. The property was approved for 30 units of vacation rentals but reportedly contains over 300 units available among its 643 total units. City officials warned that the building violates codes and must immediately cease the excess short-term rentals or face legal action.
