Tunnel collapses at an Indian hydropower project, killing at least 7

A tunnel under construction at the Vishnugad-Pipalkoti hydroelectric project in Uttarakhand collapsed overnight, killing at least seven workers. During the rescue operation for 22 people working in the tunnel, officials reported that 12 were rescued alive and three are still missing. Rescue teams from multiple agencies are actively searching for the remaining workers amidst rising water and debris.
