DOJ Targets 3 More States In Effort To Axe In-State Tuition For Immigrants

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is targeting additional states in an effort to eliminate in-state tuition benefits for immigrants. Hawaiʻi was mentioned as one of at least 20 states that currently offer this type of in-state tuition to undocumented immigrants residing within the state.
