EMS CORE program and community organizations prepare shelters for storm

As a storm approaches, emergency crews are preparing shelters and assistance for people who may be especially vulnerable. The Community Outreach Response and Engagement, or CORE program, began its efforts on Wednesday by reaching out to homeless encampments.
