TRACKING LALA | Hurricane Warning issued as Tropical Storm Lala nears Hawaii

Tropical Storm Lala is strengthening and currently has winds of 60 mph. A Hurricane Warning was issued as it approaches Hawaii. The National Hurricane Center expects the storm to become a hurricane while approaching the Big Island on Saturday.
