Man accused of smashing cars, bank window during rampage in West Nashville

Joseph Locke was accused of using large rocks to smash cars and a bank window during a rampage in West Nashville. He reportedly approached five vehicles on West End Avenue and subsequently damaged US Bank and stole beer from Walgreens before being found at Chase Bank. Though originally charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault, his attorney stated these charges were later reduced to two misdemeanor assaults.
