Illinois player wins $1.04 billion Powerball jackpot; Florida player wins $1 million

A lottery jackpot of $1.04 billion was won by an Illinois player at a Hy-Vee Gas station in Quincy, with winning numbers drawn were 4, 26, 66, 67 and 69, and a Powerball of 9. Separately, a ticket sold at a Circle K in Lakeland, Florida, matched all five white-ball numbers for a $1 million prize.
