Brooklyn Cyclones Withheld Tips From Concessions Workers, Records Show
Workers at Brooklyn Cyclones concessions stands reported that their tips were missing from paychecks after Diamond Baseball Holdings took over managing the concessions. According to records obtained, 15 pay stubs showed missing tips between May and August, which violates state labor laws regarding tip payment. The issue was brought to Elbert Sanders, who stated he fixed the problem himself.
