Sunnyvale woman may be released from Louisiana ICE facility on bond
A judge ruled that Alevtina Soboleva, mother of a Sunnyvale woman, can be released from ICE custody on an immigration bond in Louisiana. Soboleva was taken into custody after overstaying her visa. Her daughter stated that she has a pending asylum claim.
