Florida City mother of 5-year-old girl fatally shot in June arrested on aggravated manslaughter charge

Thirty-two-year-old Ashley Hosendove was arrested on aggravated manslaughter charges after her 5-year-old daughter, Ja’nova Parks, died from a gunshot wound inside their Florida City home. The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident to determine how the shooting occurred. Hosendove is expected to appear before a judge on Thursday.
