Amcor plc reported a fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $389 million, achieving $1.23 per share, which topped analyst expectations. The packaging company posted revenue of $6.4 billion, also surpassing forecasts set by analysts. For the full year, Amcor reported a profit of $1.11 billion.
