Local non-profits send units to assist rescue & recovery efforts in Colombia

After a deadly 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck western Colombia, two locally based non-profits are mobilizing to aid rescue and recovery efforts. These organizations are Mercy Chefs, which is based in Portsmouth, and Operation Blessing, which operates out of Virginia Beach.
