Water main break causes low pressure in Manor neighborhoods

A water main break near Parsons and Bastrop streets has caused low water pressure and service disruptions in several parts of Manor. The affected neighborhoods include Wild Horse Creek, Hamilton Point, Lagos, and the downtown areas.
