Former Rock Hill teacher faces federal child sex abuse material charges

A former Rock Hill teacher named Douglas MacAlpine faces federal charges for sending child sex abuse material using social media and also for peeping. At the time of his arrest, he was a teacher at Castle Heights Middle School and a track coach at Rock Hill High School. The federal case is part of Project Safe Childhood.
