Parents accused of drunkenly leading young kids on long walk in 108-degree heat

Ryan and May Mullin, an Arizona couple, were charged with child abuse after police alleged they drunkenly led their young children on an hourslong walk in 108-degree heat. Police called to Glendale reported finding the seemingly intoxicated parents stumbling with two children, aged 2 and 4. Both suspects were booked into jail following charges of child abuse and disorderly conduct.
