North Carolina Republicans pick ballot replacement for Rep. Chuck Edwards

Republicans in North Carolina chose state Rep. Jennifer Balkcom as the new GOP nominee for the 11th Congressional District. The selection was made by members of the state GOP’s executive committee after Rep. Chuck Edwards dropped out of the race last week.
