Principal and 10-year-old child killed, 5 injured in car crash involving UTV

Two people were killed, including 33-year-old Joshua Tack and a 10-year-old child, following an accident involving a car and UTV on Saturday night in Dubuque County, Iowa. First responders arrived at the intersection of East Worthington Road and Comer Road. Five other individuals were seriously injured, and the crash remains under investigation.
