Man accused of killing 2 in Concord’s ‘Sun Drop Murders’ extradited back to North Carolina

Johnny Steven Talbert was extradited from Washington to North Carolina and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and robbery in connection with the “Sun Drop Murders.” The charges relate to the shooting deaths of Donna Barnhardt and Darrell Noles, which occurred at the Sun Drop Bottling Company in 2008.
