Semi driver from SC charged after smashing into overpass in New York

A semi driver from York County smashed into an overpass around noon on I-87 in New York, causing chunks of concrete to fly. The vehicle also struck a car on the shoulder, resulting in non-life-threatening injuries to the occupant. Troopers cited the driver, Pernell Harris, for operating an over height vehicle.
