[US] My grandma keep donating money to Uganda Orphanage

A user posted a request for help determining if an orphanage in Uganda is a scam. The donations are being sent by the user's grandma to Kirumira Lawrence, who operates Sinai children organizion. Lawrence reportedly asked for 10,000k to build a tomato farm.
