A mother's grief became a movement — now Nashville Peacemakers has a permanent place to grow

Nashville Peacemakers, a nonprofit dedicated to helping mothers and teens heal from violence, has secured permanent ownership of its space in North Nashville. Founder Clemmie Greenlee established the organization after personal experiences with loss, initially starting it as Mothers Over Murder. The program continues to support young people through initiatives like Guitars Not Guns, aiming to end the cycle of violence.
