Dem rep, in first video since hit-and-run crash, opens up about wreck

Rep. Marcy Kaptur released a video stating she and her staffer Keegan Zimmerman are in good shape following a hit-and-run crash near Detroit and Central avenues in Toledo, Ohio. She attributed her rapid recovery to the outpouring of support from her community. The House is currently on August recess, giving her time to fully recover.
