Do You Know About the SHSAT? The Teens of Stuy Prep Want to Make Sure.
Sabrina Gao and Benjamin Xie are helping to advance socioeconomic and racial equity by tutoring middle schoolers for the Specialized High School Admissions Test (SHSAT). They work with underserved communities, including students from Title I schools, who often lack resources for preparation. Their effort aims to increase awareness of this critical exam among Black and brown communities.
