Man accused of killing girlfriend who planned to break up with him then fleeing the country

Varun Batchigari has been arrested in Germany after fleeing Arizona following the death of his girlfriend, Julissa Rubi Salazar. Batchigari is facing charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping related to Salazar's death. Police reported that Salazar was found dead with signs of trauma in her Tucson apartment.
