Bald eagle Jackie 'critically ill,' her condition remains 'extremely serious,' experts say

The Ojai Raptor Center announced that Big Bear’s bald eagle Jackie remains critically ill and her condition is currently unstable. Experts were previously concerned when the percentage of red blood cells in Jackie’s bloodstream dropped below 6%, following a time when her packed cell volume was at 17%.
