One killed, one hurt in early morning crash in Rock Hill

An investigation is underway after a deadly crash occurred in Rock Hill early Sunday morning on the Exit 82 southbound ramp of I-77. The driver, James Conner, lost control of his vehicle and died at the scene. A passenger was taken to Piedmont Medical Center.
