[US] contact support pop up

While watching a show on their phone, the user saw a random alert that read “Need to contact support? Use this data:” followed by a URL. After dismissing the pop-up, nothing unusual happened with the device; however, the user remains concerned about its sudden appearance and whether anything hacky is occurring.
