Woman killed, 4 injured after gunfire erupts at Northeast Memphis trunk party

A 34-year-old woman was shot and killed, and four others were injured following a shooting at a trunk party in Northeast Memphis late Saturday night. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Brookins Street. MPD confirmed the death and stated that three suspects have been identified while the investigation into the violence continues.
