Daisuke Fujii founded Farm & Firm Company after observing that Japan's growth was concentrated in cities like Tokyo and Osaka, while other regions declined. After gaining experience as an engineer and consultant, he shifted his focus from aerospace to agriculture, establishing a consulting firm to help rural communities generate new income through agritourism and hospitality.
